  18. If you select Portuguese language, the accent circumflex (^) key does
  19. not properly create the Portuguese A, I, O, or U characters. (In
  20. Portuguese, the accent circumflex mark would appear above these
  21. vowels.) You can use the ALT key to specify the ASCII number for the
  22. character.

  27. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows
  28. NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the
  29. latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server
  30. version 3.1. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on
  31. the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the
  32. spaces):
